Heather and Des offer a comprehensive Breakfast Menu that aims to please everyone.
Virtually all of our breakfast ingredients are locally sourced from Fylingthorpe and North Yorkshire and free-range and organic whenever possible and should you decide to take one of the stunning coastal walks we can provide a packed lunch.
Our Current Menu
- Chilled fruit juice selection: Orange, Apple, Tomato, pink grapefruit and cranberry (will vary)
Plus
- Muesli, Weetabix, branflakes, cornflakes and why not add some dried fruit cocktail, top with natural Greek yoghurt drizzled with local honey and sprinkle on some seed mix?
- Saxon Villa porridge
And then…
- Locally sourced bacon and pork sausages, butter sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato and free range eggs cooked as you like.
- English toasted white muffin, buttered and topped with two poached eggs and smoked streaky bacon
- Grilled Whitby Kipper and tomato
- Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on multigrain toast or toasted white muffin
- English Breakfast Tea, Earl Grey, fruit or herbal teas
- Fair Trade filter coffee
- Multigrain/wholemeal or farmhouse white toast or white rustic rolls served with butter, local homemade preserves & marmalades and Local set & clear honey
